Miyagase Dam has issued a number of pamphlets to explain its roles and generally describe its facilities. People interested in knowing more about the dam or people on observation tours to the dam and surrounding facilities, please use these pamphlets for reference purposes.

This pamphlet gives details regarding the role of Miyagase Dam and its related facilities (Ishigoya Dam, Doshi/Tsukui channels, etc.), dam management, and preservation of the natural environment round the dam.

Dam Cards (Miyagase Dam, Ishigoya Dam)
These cards are prepared for dams managed by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the Japan Water Agency, certain prefectures, and power operators. They are distributed at dam management offices and nearby facilities. At the Miyagase Dam management office and Water and Energy Center, "Miyagase Dam" and "Ishigoya Dam" cards are available.

Dams that are managed by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Japan Water Agency prepare "dam cards" and distribute them to visitors. The size of cards and the items of information they carry are unified throughout the country. The front side shows a photograph of the dam, and the rear side gives information about the dam type, reservoir capacity, technical particulars in construction and so on.
