The tour is likely to change without a previous notice because of operation of facility, construction and so on.
※When the facility is in preparation of operation or in operation due to heavy rain and so on, tour to the surge tank (the underground) is canceled.
※After water flows in, facility is operating a few days to drain remaining water. Please note that the tour can be canceled even on a fine day. Please call us or confirm on web site in Japanese for schedule details. |

| ■Condition of participate |
|
|
|
・This tour is offered in Japanese language only. If you do not speak Japanese, bring along an interpreter with you; any people or groups that do not understand Japanese cannot participate in the tour for security reasons.
・Participants must climb and descend about 100 steps by themselves in the tour of the surge tank.
・Able to confirm your application 30 minutes before the tour begins. Please get through confirming your application by the tour beginning time. It is not possible to participate in the tour when you are late for the tour beginning time.
・From the viewpoint on safety, children aged 5 and under are not allowed, even though they are accompanied by their parent. Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult. (1 adult can accompany with children up to 5.)

The 2nd tour 13:00 - 14:30

・We stop accepting applications when the maximum number is reached.
・The waiting list is not available.
※We're pleased to accept additional applications with telephone calling, only if the number of applicants fall short of the full number required due to cancelling and so on, after the application via internet was closed (one week). Please contact us by telephone. The additional application via internet is not available.
・We have a different application period for the group tour on Mondays. Group tour applicants: Please refer the page of How to apply and Tour Itinerary.

※It is acceptable to apply 6 people or less on web site. If you apply 7 people or more on web site, you apply 2 or more times by the same name. And to fill in full names of all the participants are in need at the reception on that day. The procedure goes more smoothly when coming earlier or bringing a list of the names. Prepare the list running only their names, without any other data like their addresses or telephone numbers when bringing.

※It is acceptable to apply 26 people or more by phone not web site.
※Since the facility is not made for observation purpose only, we cannot accept applications from travel agencies.

We are receiving a favorable reception, so this tour will fill rapidly. If you may change or cancel your application, please inform us as soon as possible for making another people to participate. |

| ■Please note |
|
|
|
・Participation with proper footwear like sneaker shoes is recommended. Cannot participate in with slippery shoes or footwear with heels, as there are slippery surface in the surge tank and some netted places on the ground. And either participation with shoes not covered all over feet like sandals is not allowed, to ensure your safety.
・Since the ground is dirty, please wear clothes and shoes that may get dirty.
・You cannot bring large luggage to the surge tank. There is no place to keep luggage.
・You cannot participate in the tour after drinking alcohol.
・Please follow the clerk in charge's instruction while the tour.
・There are no places ready to smoke, eat and drink in the facility.
・From the viewpoint that prevents an unexpected accident, we may refuse the participation if clerk in charge judged that he or she was not appropriate to participate. In that case, we don't provide traveling expenses.
・If damage occurs due to an unexpected accident while the tour, we cannot assume the responsibility.
